Have you ever had an outfit, a shirt, a top that you don't want to wear because you don't like its fit? Well I have a lot since I have always had this erratic change in my weight ever since I stepped in college. This month I'm bigger, then the next month I'm a bit smaller and vice versa. So I always stock clothes of various sizes in my closet. :)
Yah you got it right! This top was one of those clothes I've mentioned above. This was actually this:

As you can see it's a loose hoody which suddenly tightens in the arms and in the bottom part. And I don't like it a bit because it somewhat like restrains me from doing what I like. So I made some adjustments (winks inserted)
So I basically removed the parts that I don't like. I got rid of the hoody and also the tight arms and the bottom part, and sewn it afterwards. I purposefully left the arms unstitched so that I can easily make modifications to it.
I paired it with my tight-fitting dress to achieve a somewhat like bandage-skirt feel, which was actually a gift by my brother. He's just the sweetest. And I chose a grey doll shoes from Solemate in order for their colors to not clash with my flaggy top, as well as a black bag to make everything more classy.
oops and before i forget, this union jack top was once again part of my thrifted collection. :)
And since accessories can make or break your outfit, I chose this blue collar necklace cause it accentuates my top perfectly and as well as my bag and wristwatch because of its golden details.
